As HR Manager for The Hoxton Madrid, you will partner with hotel leadership to shape people strategy and drive a culture of hospitality excellence. You’ll implement compliant HR policies, develop talent and succession plans, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team aligned with our brand values. You’ll lead recruitment to build a strong talent pool, support performance and development, and manage employee relations in a fast-growing, international environment. This role offers impact across a new Madrid opening and opportunities to contribute to a general hospitality concept with local community initiatives.

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years' experience across all aspects of human resources within hospitality
• Experience recruiting at high volume, preferably for opened hotels
• Experience dealing with legal and performance issues
