Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead regional performance marketing initiatives, building and optimizing high-impact campaigns to drive growth across Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE. You’ll collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and push campaigns from strategy to execution. You will own targets, share best practices, and continuously optimize through testing to maximize impact. This is a hands-on, data-driven leadership role in a fast-paced environment with a clear regional growth mandate.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the creation, development, and optimization of high-impact regional campaigns
• Specialize in acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels
• Drive daily operations with a hands-on, data-driven approach and tackle challenges to exceed goals
• Collaborate with marketers and analysts across channels (Paid Social, SEM, ASA, programmatic) to maximize impact
• Own performance targets and consistently deliver on growth metrics
• Share insights and best practices to elevate regional team performance
• Lead continuous optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, local marketing, BI, and Martech to implement winning strategies





Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing with strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising
• Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and maximize ROAS
• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing, and optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and collaborating across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive projects from strategy to execution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• We positively value: experience with Paid Social, programmatic, SEM; knowledge of Adjust, Branch or Appsflyer; online advertising industry experience
