Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and scale Quince's organic growth across the UK and EU, translating general SEO foundations into market-specific strategies. You’ll collaborate with product, content, engineering, and growth to drive AI-enabled discovery and local search performance. You’ll shape the European SEO playbook, balancing technical excellence with local relevance to unlock cross-market opportunities. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position that fuels regional expansion and business impact.

• Own the UK/EU SEO u0026 AEO strategy and build a market-specific roadmap
• Collaborate with the global SEO team to apply standards and tailor in-market needs
• Drive AI-enabled search optimization across Europe and manage structured data and brand signals
• Lead localisation efforts to target genuine local search demand and create actionable briefs
• Own international search architecture (Hreflang, URLs, canonical logic) and ensure crawl health
• Influence site merchandising, taxonomy, navigation, and on-site search for discovery and conversion




• Coordinate with growth marketing to balance organic and paid investments
• Prepare SEO readiness for new market launches and ensure live search-readiness
• Measure, report, and advocate for investment with market-level organic performance narratives

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in SEO, preferably in ecommerce, retail or consumer brands with ownership of organic performance
• Experience managing SEO across multiple countries or languages
• Strong technical SEO knowledge: crawl/indexing, site architecture, structured data, page performance
• Content-led SEO experience: keyword/research, content strategy, briefing writers, ranking content
• Hands-on experience with AEO and AI-driven discovery concepts
• Proficiency with data tools: Google Search Console, GA4, and standard SEO toolset (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar)
• Excellent English communication and ability to work asynchronously with a HQ team in another time zone
• Bias for shipping: comfortable working independently and prioritizing what matters most
