Experteer Overview
In this role you will own category formulation and sourcing strategies for a regional spend, driving value and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the EU Procurement organization to optimize Total Cost of Ownership and lead ongoing supplier negotiations. You will leverage global scale and benchmarking to maximize benefits while guiding risk assessments and continuity planning. This is a chance to shape regional procurement strategy within a respected, ethical, sustainability-oriented company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and deploy category strategy for assigned spend (approx. $95M)
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms
• Apply Total Delivered Cost (TDC) methodology from formulation to implementation
• Benchmark regional strategies against integral sourcing to maximize value
• Lead saving projects and initiatives to meet team targets
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, SHE, and Commercial teams on action plans
• Develop continuity plans and assess risks to mitigate supply disruptions
• Build expert knowledge of categories, suppliers, markets,



and innovations
• Engage with business stakeholders to address questions and needs surrounding suppliers and markets

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
• 7-10 years of international sourcing experience
• Experience in indirect procurement across professional services, temporary workers, subcontractors, and related areas
• Advanced English required; another European language is a plus
• Technical background and/or manufacturing experience preferred
• Proven procurement framework experience (strategic sourcing, category management, SRM)
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to adapt negotiator with varied scenarios
