Experteer Overview
In this role you will analyze and track Marketplace Experience for a region, turning friction into measurable business impact. You’ll surface value-leak drivers and anomalies, guiding regional leaders to improve retention and reduce cost-to-serve. You’ll build dashboards and insights to support prioritization and cross-functional decisions. This position offers exposure to HQ and regional teams, shaping how the marketplace performs with data-driven recommendations.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own regional analysis, trackers and dashboards measuring Marketplace Experience performance
• Identify where value is lost (volume, retention, cost-to-serve) and flag anomalies for leadership review
• Drive progress on region-focused initiatives under guidance of Regional Performance Lead




• Translate data into actionable insights to support prioritization and trade-offs
• Collaborate with Regional Heads of Ops, HQ teams and other Business Analysts
• Address day-to-day data requests from local/regional managers with backlog visibility

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Maths/Physics, Economics or another quantitative field
• 1-2 years of analytics experience in a similar industry
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Strong strategic vision and problem-solving/analytical skills
• Good communication to outline data insights to senior stakeholders
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across projects
• Professional English
