In this role, you own Factorial’s Identity u0026amp; Access Management architecture, building a scalable, automated identity ecosystem that grows with our hypergrowth. You will collaborate with the Systems Team and bridge Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align access governance. You’ll implement automated provisioning to handle large onboarding waves and drive AI-enabled, agile operations to streamline workflows. This is an opportunity to shape secure, scalable cloud solutions from the ground up and contribute to a fast-moving product-driven culture.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments
• Deep IAM knowledge: identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management, directory structures
• Foundational scripting knowledge
• Experience in fast-paced, hypergrowth environments and high-volume onboarding
• Familiarity with modern automated SaaS management tools, agile methods, and AI-enabled tooling (preferred YesCode)
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders; ability to build scalable cloud solutions without legacy debt
