Experteer Overview
In this Senior Product Manager role, you own a strategic use case end-to-end, from customer problem to market outcome. You will collaborate with senior engineers and product experts to define ambition, requirements, and launch. It is a hands-on builder role that leverages AI to move fast, with direct customer interaction and full ownership of outcomes. You’ll shape the customer experience, validate solutions with buyers, and drive the go-to-market and measurements of success. This role supports EcoVadis’ mission to lead the market in sustainable business practices.

• Own the end-to-end vision for your use case (e.g., regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, resilience) and define the customer experience and sequencing to leadership
• Analyze market needs and technical requirements; assess how competitors and customers currently solve similar problems
• Engage directly with customers, buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions
• Prototype with AI to create working demos and lightweight services to test assumptions




• Collaborate with engineering to unblock and advance build across multiple product/platform areas
• Partner with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams for go-to-market alignment
• Define success metrics and steer decisions to persist, pivot, or stop based on outcomes

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in a meaningful end-to-end product ownership within B2B enterprise SaaS
• Ability to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs and a scripting language (Python/JavaScript or equivalent)
• AI-native approach embedded in daily workflows and decision making
• Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability or risk domains
• Strong problem framing and clear, concise communication to accelerate engineering and design
• Fluency in English (primary working language)
