Experteer Overview
In this role, you will guide clients through implementing payroll and HR solutions, from capturing business needs to configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying. You will work with modern tech and critical systems to optimize payroll and HR processes and deliver a smooth user experience. You’ll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solutions and ensure data accuracy. This position offers exposure to growth, international collaboration, and a strong impact on customer outcomes.

• Participate in payroll solution implementations, covering data migration, integrations, web component development, and reporting.
• Translate client needs into practical technical solutions through close collaboration.
• Configure and customize existing integration models with internal systems.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to validate functionality and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades




• Technical academic background in DAW, DAM, ASIR, or computer/software engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Backend development with Node.js; relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL); REST API development; JSON and web services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality; strong communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, HCM, and ERP solutions is a plus.
• Spanish and English fluency.
