Experteer Overview
As Senior Product Manager at Factorial, you own a key product area end-to-end, setting vision and driving impact across adoption, retention, and revenue. You’ll define AI-driven workflows that deliver real leverage, evaluating AI effectiveness and risk. You’ll make hard priority calls in ambiguity and defend them with customers and leadership. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate HR-domain insights into measurable value. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing company shaping AI-native HR software for thousands of companies.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the outcome: define vision, roadmap, and success metrics and drive business results
• Identify where AI adds value: prioritize AI-enabled workflows with evaluation frameworks (hallucination, failure modes)
• Make tough prioritization and build-vs-integrate decisions and defend them
• Partner cross-functionally with customers, Customer Success, Marketing,



and Sales to translate insights into value
• Be the DRI: set hypotheses and metrics before launch and own them post-launch

Responsabilidades
• Built something from near zero and owned the outcome with measurable results
• Experience in hyper-growth or high-stakes domains with rapid prioritization
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and AI failure modes; shipped AI to production or evaluated AI rigorously
• Trajectory showing growing scope and accountability over time
• Strong communication and ability to influence internal teams and customers
• Fluent English; additional languages valued
