Les Roches General Hospitality Education, a world-leading institution in hospitality management and part of Sommet Education, is seeking an Admissions Assistant to join our Marbella campus on a temporary replacement contract. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will support prospective students throughout the admissions process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and assess student applications according to admissions criteria.
• Process registrations, payments and admissions documentation.
• Provide information and guidance to prospective students.
• Manage enquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
• Support campus tours, open days, information sessions and recruitment events.
• Assist with scholarship applications, reporting and general administrative tasks.

Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business,



Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar admissions role.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international education systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with databases.

What We Offer
• Temporary replacement contract.
• Full-time schedule: 09:00-18:00.
• Salary: €18,000 - €22,000 gross per year.
