As we expand our footprint across Southern Europe, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to lead our Barcelona hub and drive our next phase of growth.

The Role
As the Sales Director for Datachi in Barcelona, you will be the driving force behind our revenue generation in the Iberian and Southern European markets. You will build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives who are taking our virtual sales teammates to market. The adecuado candidate is a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, close enterprise deals,



and build a winning sales culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed regional revenue targets for our virtual teammate software solutions.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching to improve conversion rates and sales velocity.
• Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the regional sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting to executive leadership.
• Enterprise Account Management: Personally drive the most complex, high-value enterprise deals, demonstrating the ROI of adding virtual teammates to large sales organizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation, and with Product/Customer Success to ensure client feedback shapes the development of our virtual AI personas
