SENIOR MEETING PLANNER | INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE EVENTS

At TPC Corporate Events, an agency specialising in corporate events with over 20 years of industry experience, we are looking for a Senior Meeting Planner to join our Logistics & Operations team, with proven experience in the end-to-end management of corporate events and international projects.

We are seeking a senior professional with strategic vision and strong operational expertise, experienced in working with multinational clients, managing international accounts, and coordinating projects across multiple countries.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering international corporate events and projects, acting as the main point of contact between clients, their Headquarters, local Affiliates, our internal teams and the suppliers involved.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, autonomy and a strong client-focused approach, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,



anticipate potential challenges and consistently maintain high standards of quality.

The position will report directly to the Chief Office Manager and the Commercial Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage direct relationships with international corporate clients, working closely with both Headquarters and their various Affiliates.
· Lead the planning, coordination and execution of corporate events and international projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.
· Coordinate internal teams, external partners and suppliers involved in each project.
· Ensure the effective implementation of clients' general guidelines while adapting them to the specific needs of each market.
· Prepare, manage and oversee budgets, timelines, resources and logistical requirements.
