THE ROLE
We are seeking a Group Director of Marketing to lead all aspects of brand strategy, marketing, communications, and digital presence for Lío Group worldwide.



This role requires a creative powerhouse with the commercial acumen to build Lío’s reputation as the ultimate destination for luxury dining and entertainment. Reporting to the Executive Chairman and collaborating with GMs and the Artistic Director, the MD will drive brand equity, guest acquisition, loyalty, and international expansion.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Define and execute Lío’s global brand and marketing strategy across all venues and new openings.
• Build and protect Lío’s brand DNA, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and guest communications.
• Lead integral campaigns across PR, digital, social media, content, and influencer collaborations, ensuring Lío remains culturally relevant and aspirational.
• Develop international media partnerships, celebrity endorsements, and high-impact activations to reinforce Lío’s positioning at the top of the luxury leisure market.
