About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Leader to drive Joybuy’s marketing strategy and execution in Spain.
You will own the local marketing agenda,
translating our broader European strategy into initiatives that resonate with Spanish consumers and drive both brand and business growth. Working closely with local and international teams, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the marketing mix.
What You'll Do
• Own the local marketing strategy: Develop and execute the marketing roadmap for Spain, aligned with Joybuy’s European business objectives and local market priorities.
• Drive integrated marketing initiatives: Lead campaigns across multiple marketing channels, bringing together brand, performance, content, CRM and other relevant levers.
• Bring a strong local market perspective: Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and continuously adapt our approach.
• Drive performance: Monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate ROI and use data to optimise campaigns, channel mix and budget allocation.
• Build local visibility: Develop relations
