✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Scikit-Learn for Machine Learning development.
• Experience developing, validating, and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.
• Solid knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation techniques, cross-validation, and overfitting prevention, as well as version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Proven experience with Generative AI,



Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Develop, train, and deploy robust Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-powered applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build, optimize, and maintain predictive models to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Participate in MLOps and LLMOps processes, including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
