Senior Consultant: Growth & Commercial Strategy

At Beyond, we are looking for someone who wants to do consulting differently.
We are a boutique consulting firm helping middle-market companies grow and sell better, working on projects where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
We work primarily with private equity portfolio companies and businesses where customer acquisition, channels and commercial performance are critical to growth. Our clients operate in Spain and internationally, across sectors including telecommunications, energy, insurance, technology and education.
Our projects usually start with very practical questions: How do we grow? Which channels should we invest in? How do we improve conversion? How can data and AI help us sell better? How should we transform the commercial organisation?
We are looking for someone who wants to help answer those questions and continue building Beyond.
What are we looking for?
Around 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development or a similar role.
More importantly,
we are looking for someone who can take a poorly defined problem and turn it into a clear plan that a management team can start executing.
Someone with judgement and a point of view. You will find yourself defending recommendations in front of senior clients sooner than you might expect, so being good at analysis is necessary, but not enough.
And someone who genuinely enjoys understanding how businesses actually work.
What will you do?
You will work end-to-end on growth and commercial transformation projects. That could mean:
- Analysing a sales funnel to understand where and why sales are being lost.
- Building the business case for a new channel, market or commercial initiative.
- Analysing pricing, margins, conversion and sales productivity.
- Developing and defending recommendations with clients.
- Designing pilots and tracking their real-world results.
