YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and plan distribution transport orders in the Catalonia area.
• Register and manage customer transport orders in the company’s IT systems, ensuring the correct entry and tracking of orders received via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Carry out the daily operational control of the distribution fleet, monitoring productivity, compliance with established KPIs and operational costs.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods in the cross-dock area, ensuring efficient operational flows in collaboration with warehouse teams and drivers.
• Maintain smooth and effective communication with customers, suppliers, drivers and different internal departments to ensure the correct execution of services.
• Manage operational issues and propose solutions to minimise their impact on daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and quality standards.




• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in transport and distribution processes, contributing to service optimisation and operational cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other internal departments regarding order management.
• Prepare transport documentation.
• Follow standard protocols.

YOUR PROFILE
• Vocational Education and Training qualification in Logistics and Transport, Administration and Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in transport, distribution, logistics or operational management will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
• You are organised, solution-oriented and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
