Your Contribution: Drive Growth in the DACH region

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence across the DACH region. You will work closely with Alex, VP Sales Europe:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the DACH region, focusing on medium to large enterprise accounts.
• Revenue Generation: Take ownership of your sales targets and contribute significantly to the region's revenue goals through new business acquisition and account expansion.
• Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementations.

• You have 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, or related technology services.

• You are comfortable with complex sales cycles and can navigate multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
• You are data-driven and analytical in your approach to sales strategy and execution.
• You are fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus.
