Experteer Overview
As Technical Leader, you drive the technical solutions for PreFab Modular Data Center Projects. You will be the primary technical contact during tendering and design, guiding proposals, specifications, and drawings to ensure feasible, cost-conscious, and maintainable solutions. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary engineering team on medium to large projects and collaborate with sales and clients to align technical design with customer needs. This role offers the chance to shape modular data center solutions and deliver impactful outcomes for customers.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for tenders and design discussions with clients
• Manage design documents to support proposals and enable accurate cost estimation
• Develop basis of design (BOD), capacity, redundancy, and SOO for projects
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and vendors to ensure cohesive design and compliance
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on medium/large, high-complexity projects
• Review major equipment quotes for technical compliance and support production administration
• Provide technical narratives for critical infrastructure in proposals and designs




• Support site reviews, on-site customer meetings, and on-site risk/needs assessment
• Facilitate progress meetings and ensure constructability and permits readiness during production and delivery phase
• Produce as-built drawings and manage redlines with the production team

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years in infrastructure projects within multinational engineering teams
• 3+ years in data center solutions, including secure power, cooling, electrical, mechanical, logistics, and civil works
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Senior-level experience leading a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel to meet customers on-site and work across time zones
• Fluent English (C1)
