Experteer Overview
In this role you support IT operations in a manufacturing setting to keep production running smoothly. You will aid end users, manage incidents, and support infrastructure and production-critical systems for high availability and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams helps sustain performance and data integrity across shifts, including nights and weekends when needed. You will shape reliable IT services that enable uninterrupted production and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and production systems
• Manage incidents, service requests, and tasks via IT ticketing system
• Support end users with workplace technology and productivity training
• Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, OS, and business applications
• Monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure for stability and performance
• Perform system monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance




• Maintain documentation and knowledge base materials
• Support servers, workstations, laptops, telecom equipment, and mobile devices
• Resolve production-critical IT issues to minimize downtime
• Manage spare IT equipment inventory and coordinate preventative maintenance
• Support data flow and manufacturing IT operations across shifts including nights/weekends

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or technical support
• Experience with servers, workstations, laptops, and Cisco wired/wireless networks
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and VMware environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
