Role overview

You'll join as Account Executive for iGaming, reporting to the CRO, carrying a personal quota against operators and B2B platform providers across Europe and beyond.
Why now. Every operator in a regulated market has the same problem: the identity checks that keep the licence are the same checks that lose the player. AML mandates are tightening across jurisdictions resulting in added friction and higher drop off rates. ID Wallets change the trade with instant authentication and eIDAS 2.0 puts every regulated buyer in Europe on a deadline. The pull in this vertical is real and we are looking for a senior that can capture that grwoth.
You are hired for a network you can call in week one. This is an individual contributor seat with a number on your own name and the opportunity to grow and lead an entire vertical globally.

What you'll own
• Your own book. A personal quota against operators, B2B platform providers and aggregators with a focus in Europe. You run these full cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical and compliance stakeholder management, proposal, negotiation,

• The pipeline you bring. Your first two quarters are built on warm names. We expect you to open the accounts you already have relationships in.
• Formal bids. some iGaming buyers run RFPs, and platform providers run vendor reviews that look like them. You own the commercial response end to end, working with product and engineering on the technical sections.
• Conferences. You represent Gataca at the industry's events as speaker, exhibitor or ambassador, leading the event strategy with the support of marketing and you come back with named opportunities.
• Market intelligence. You track regulatory movement, licence conditions and competitor positioning in this vertical, and you feed it back into product and pricing. You're closest to the buyer, so you're the one who tracks it.
• Forecast discipline. You keep HubSpot clean and your forecast honest.
