Position Summary

As our global compensation expert, you will play a key role in defining and delivering a global compensation strategy that attracts, motivates, and rewards our people. Working across countries, functions, and cultures, you will ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, transparent, compliant, and closely aligned with our business priorities and values.

From job architecture and salary structures to annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, pay equity,



and M&A; integration, you will lead high-impact initiatives that influence the employee experience across the organization. As a trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders, you will turn complex compensation data and regulations into clear recommendations and meaningful business solutions.
