Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-performing German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling SaaS or software-related products.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings with key decision-makers in German-speaking and international markets.
The adecuado candidate is a confident communicator, experienced in B2B SaaS sales, and comfortable managing outbound prospecting activities in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach,



and LinkedIn.
• Identify, research, and engage potential B2B customers across German-speaking markets (DACH region).
• Generate qualified leads and book meetings for Account Executives and sales teams.
• Communicate confidently with prospects in both German and English.
• Understand customer pain points and effectively position SaaS solutions.
• Qualify prospects using established sales qualification frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.
