As a Senior Svelte Developer, you will take ownership of building a high-performance web frontend from the ground up for a growing B2B technology platform. You will shape the frontend architecture, establish development standards, and create a scalable design system using SvelteKit, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Your work will focus on delivering exceptional user experiences through fast page loads, accessibility, responsive design, and measurable improvements in Core Web Vitals. You will define rendering strategies, strengthen testing practices, and introduce modern development workflows that support quality and efficiency. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will collaborate with product and backend teams to turn business requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions. Accountabilities

• Frontend Architecture and Development: Design, architect, and build a modern web frontend from scratch using SvelteKit, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term performance.

• Rendering Strategy: Define and implement the appropriate rendering approach across Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and edge rendering where suitable.

• Performance Optimization: Establish and maintain measurable performance targets, including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) below 2.0 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint (INP) below 200 milliseconds, and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) below 0.1, using real-user metrics wherever possible.
