In this Marketing Officer role, you will transform customer, sales and market data into actionable insights to boost commercial performance. You’ll support the Sales and Trade teams with BI, performance reporting and the management of sales tools such as NOVA Business and AQUA. You work with cross-functional partners to ensure data quality and effective tool adoption. This is a data-driven position that shapes growth opportunities and customer-centric decision making. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct regular and ad hoc sales performance analyses and reporting
• Extract, clean and visualize data for market, customer, and performance studies
• Maintain and optimize commercial and partner databases for reliable insights
• Translate data into management information and drive growth initiatives
• Support adoption and usage of NOVA Business and AQUA tools by Sales teams
• Ensure proper user access and data quality across reporting sources
• Support tool usage and troubleshoot when needed




• Create dashboards and tools to support business decisions
• Monitor and improve data practices and reporting
• Produce regular Sales performance reports (Activities, Opportunities, Leads, AQUA Usage) to enhance tool effectiveness

Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate data and insights clearly
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools
• Good command of Spanish and English
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Interest in digital tools, data analytics, and continuous learning
• Previous experience in BI, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales Effectiveness or similar is a plus
