Experteer Overview
In this Data Scientist role within PepsiCo’s Integral Digital Commerce Team, you will build deployable statistical and machine learning models to support international growth and tackle complex business challenges. You will collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and business users to turn data into actionable insights and scalable solutions. The role blends analytics exploration with model industrialization, contributing to a startup-like culture inside a global enterprise. You will help shape data-driven decisions that drive digital commerce initiatives across regions.

• Set KPIs and metrics to evaluate analytics solutions for use cases

• Conduct research on state-of-the-art methodologies and create reusable documentation and libraries

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years delivering production-level analytic solutions
• Fluent in git; Jenkins and Docker are pluses
• 4+ years ETL/data wrangling experience
• Fluent in SQL syntax
• 4+ years applying statistical/ML techniques (supervised/unsupervised); Deep Learning a plus
• 4+ years Python or Scala development for statistical/ML modeling
• Experience creating models linking input drivers to KPIs
• Strong business storytelling and data insight communication
• Fluent in at least one visualization tool
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle ambiguity
