The Opportunity:

Revolution Medicines is establishing its European headquarters and expanding its presence across Spain and Portugal. The Manager Commercial Execution Ops role leads the execution of high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives that ensure operational readiness, governance,



and alignment across the European region. Serving as an operational support to the VP, General Manager Spain and Portugal, this individual drives the design and implementation of scalable frameworks that enhance business integration and cross-regional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong business acumen, and can build trusted partnerships across leadership teams and global functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist Spain and Portugal leadership team, cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to execute complex, cross functional initiatives across Spain and Portugal operations.

• Support and maintain integrated governance frameworks and ensure strategic alignment with country, global and regional priorities.

• Support and follow up of leadership team meetings.

• Lead organization of monthly Spain and Portugal Leaders
