We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Data Expert (with Product Owner role) to join our Cross Domain Data Partners Team of Data & AI Tribe in Spain.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and integral initiatives, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Making things happen, helping others be successful, always being one step ahead—that’s our DNA.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Data Expert, with Product Owner role for COO areas, you will:

As a key member of a squad, you will provide a broad knowledge on ING products, services, channels, and Regulatory Reporting.
You are part of the delivery team to define functional requirements, participation in testing and support before the Go-live.
You control the process of Business, Regulatory and Global reporting, solve the incidents in case of errors,



provide the information and help to the support teams or the providers.
You identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You represent the voice of the internal customer improving the processes.
You are responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset, for the day-to-day performance, for building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or external parties.

You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
