Job Title: Enabling Technologies Project Lead (Iberia)

Role Purpose
The ET Project Lead is the execution owner and in-market custodian of Enovis Enabling Technologies, responsible for delivering a disciplined and high-quality launch of ARVIS and ensuring consistent deployment, utilisation, and operational excellence across all ET solutions within the market.
This is both a critical launch role and a permanent capability,
evolving into long-term ownership of Enovis’ growing Enabling Technologies portfolio, including digital and future robotic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Launch Execution & LMR Ownership
• Own end-to-end execution of ARVIS Limited Market Release (LMR) and early launch phases
• Ensure all launch milestones are delivered on time and to defined standards
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness across sites, teams, and stakeholders
2. Training & First Case Excellence
• Oversee training of surgeons, OR teams, and internal stakeholders
• Provide hands-on support during initial cases (particularly the first 3–5 procedures per site)
• Ensure consistent, high-quality early user experience
3. Deployment & Operational Readiness
• Coordinate system deployment, logistics, and site readiness
• Ensure alignment with International standards for deployment and utilisation
• Act as the local point of contact for operational issues and escalation
