Hexagon World Series (HWS) is a leading global, team-based professional padel circuit governed by the International Padel Federation (FIP). The series features eight mixed-gender teams, the world’s top players, and celebrity-owned franchises, each competing across a global series of events which celebrate padel’s position at the cross-section of sport, culture and entertainment.
Built on the success of the annual Hexagon Cup which launched in 2023, HWS is designed to accelerate the integral growth of padel by engaging sports fans through high-stakes, elite-level competition. Beyond the professional circuit, HWS is expanding its ecosystem by investing in padel club licensing and ownership, while scaling its amateur league platform operated in partnership with Playtomic, the world’s leading app for racket sports.

Role Objective:





The Vice President of Marketing will lead the development and execution of Hexagon World Series' global marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, audience growth, fan engagement, and commercial value across all markets. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with senior leadership, the VP Marketing will oversee brand marketing, digital and social media, content strategy, communications, fan acquisition, partnership marketing, and event promotion. This role is responsible for building a world-class global sports brand, delivering innovative marketing campaigns that attract fans, sponsors, broadcasters, teams, and partners, while leveraging data and insights to maximise audience growth and commercial performance. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution experience and possess a deep understanding of the sports, media, entertainment, and digital landscape within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
