As a Digital Platform & Automation Specialist, you will help run and improve the tools behind Glaxior's commercial and operational processes, as part of a new company in Spain within an international group. You'll join a team of 8–10 people, reporting to the Platform Development Manager, in a support function for our commercial, marketing and sales operations.

Your responsibilities will span:
• CPQ configuration – technical setup of our CPQ platform: pricing rules, product logic and catalog structure.
• Automation – using AI tools to automate recurring tasks across the business.
• Integrations – supporting the connections between our CPQ, CRM, ERP and partner systems. This mainly means webhooks from our CPQ and Microsoft Azure integration services, working with senior colleagues.
• Data quality – reviewing and improving the accuracy of marketing and sales data across our systems.
• Reporting – building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI and HubSpot.

What are we looking for?
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT, business systems, software or data role (internships count).
• A strong interest in using AI tools to automate recurring business tasks. This is a core, ongoing part of the role, not a side task.
• Comfortable with logic-based configuration (rules, formulas, advanced Excel). Our CPQ is a specialist vendor tool, so no prior experience with it is expected; we will train you.
• A basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON, or the motivation to learn them quickly.
• Basic SQL and comfort working with data in spreadsheets and tables.
