About the Company
WIGO is an international group of companies with 8 years of experience in auto leasing and long-term car rental, operating in several countries. Over this time, the group has built a sustainable business model, well-established processes and strong expertise in automotive finance.
We are now entering the Spanish market and building our founding team. Every team member who joins at this stage will become the core of their future department.
Responsibilities
During the launch phase, you will personally build our partner relationships, from the first contact to the first deals. This experience will become the foundation for the processes and structure of your future department.
• Identify car dealerships in Barcelona and Catalonia and negotiate partnerships
• Sign partnership agreements and launch cooperation
• Design the dealer workflow: client referrals, vehicle reservations and deal processing times
• Train partner staff on our product and provide ongoing partner support
• Develop a network of related partners: insurance companies,



car service centers and client acquisition channels
• Analyze partner performance and optimize the partner network
• Document and standardize processes to scale the business
• Build and lead the department team as the business grows

Requirements
• Spanish and Russian languages
• Own car
• Strong negotiation skills
• Empathy, energy and the ability to build long-term partner relationships
• Readiness to work in a startup environment: independence, initiative and ownership of results
