The idóneo candidate is fluent in both German and English, has a strong background in B2B outbound sales, and excels at appointment setting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
You should be confident engaging German-speaking decision-makers, handling objections, and converting cold prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Engage German-speaking and English-speaking prospects to generate new business opportunities.

• Identify and research key decision-makers within target B2B accounts.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and buying intent.
