Great campaigns need fresh ideas, strong commercial judgement and someone who makes them happen.
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on CRM & Promotions Lead to own our promotional calendar and bring player communications to life across our casino brands. You’ll lead our CRM and Social teams, connecting engaging offers, compelling content and thoughtful player journeys to measurable business results.
You’ll turn business priorities and player insights into campaigns that give players a reason to engage and return. From shaping the promotional concept and writing the copy to overseeing delivery and reviewing results, you’ll take ownership of the full campaign cycle.
You should be as comfortable writing a punchy subject line as challenging a campaign’s performance, coaching a team member or deciding what we should improve next.
What you’ll own
• Team leadership: Lead the CRM and Social teams with clear priorities, expectations and feedback. Coordinate workloads, develop their skills and stay close enough to the work to support delivery when needed.

• CRM and promotional planning:



Own weekly and monthly calendars across our brands, bringing together regular offers, seasonal events, game launches and headline campaigns.

• Offers and rewards: Develop relevant promotions for different player segments, balancing player appeal, purchase behaviour, reward costs and commercial goals.

• Player lifecycle: Lead onboarding, retention and reactivation activity, partnering with the VIP team on campaigns for high-value players.

• Copy and creative: Set a high standard for subject lines, emails and campaign assets. Write and refine copy, brief designers and give clear feedback that strengthens the final output.

• Campaign execution: Own the journey from idea through setup, quality checks, approvals, launch and analysis. Anticipate dependencies, resolve blockers and keep delivery on track.
