Job Description Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the creative and marketing delivery for Capital Markets mandates in Spain. The role combines hands-on design, storytelling, digital production and project management to turn complex real estate and investment information into high-impact sales materials that help win mandates, position opportunities and engage investors.
Working closely with Capital Markets professionals, research, data, marketing and external partners, this person will own the quality and consistency of outputs across pitches, investment memoranda, teasers, presentations, brochures, landing pages, video and emerging AI-enabled formats. The successful candidate will be both a strategic creative partner and a highly reliable delivery lead in a fast-moving, multi-project environment.

Creative direction and design leadership

· Lead the creative direction and hands-on design of marketing materials for high-profile Capital Markets mandates.
· Develop compelling visual concepts, narratives and design systems tailored to each opportunity, audience and transaction strategy.
