Job Description

Cloud Billing (SaaS Solution) is a tech stack for Order-to-Cash solutions. Cloud Billing is a digital platform based on microservice architecture. Cloud Billing is a multi-tenant capable software as a service solution from the highly secure data center of T-Systems in Germany with service availability of min. 99.5%

As a DevOps Engineer you understand the latest developments in cloud and container technology. You will develop and enhance our T Cloud Public platform in a customer-oriented manner and at the same time operate what you have built.




You want:
• Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler's cloud backend.
• Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience.
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
• Consistently automate with common automation frameworks.
• Work in a team of specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Strong experience in Linux and container-technologies.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
• Good knowledge of Python and Go
