The Opportunity

Zerva Capital is recruiting motivated and experienced traders to join its remote trading program.

Candidates will be assessed on their trading knowledge, strategy, discipline, and ability to operate within defined risk parameters. Selected applicants may be invited to participate in an initial evaluation and training process, with the opportunity to progress to subsequent stages based on their performance.

- Responsibilities

- Analyze financial markets and identify potential trading opportunities.

- Evaluate market conditions using technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and/or quantitative methods.
- Follow the program's trading rules and risk management requirements.
- Review trading results, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine your strategy.
- Maintain professionalism, discipline, and consistency throughout the evaluation process.

- Required Qualifications

- Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.




- Previous trading experience or demonstrable knowledge of trading principles.
- Understanding of risk management, leverage, position sizing, and drawdown.
- A structured trading strategy or clearly defined trading methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-discipline, emotional control, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to follow established trading rules and evaluation criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience trading Forex, indices, commodities, equities, or other financial instruments.
- A verifiable trading track record or documented performance history.
- Experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) or other professional trading platforms.
- Familiarity with technical indicators, price action, macroeconomic analysis, or algorithmic trading.
- Previous experience with proprietary trading programs, funded trading accounts, or portfolio management.
