It guarantees that corporate restructurings, licensing, and strategic market entries align with legal, tax,



and governance standards across multiple jurisdictions.What You’ll DriveM&A; and corporate transactionsSupport cross-border M&A; and corporate transactions across multiple geographies and jurisdictions, focusing on technology and gambling businesses.Conduct legal due diligence of targets across multiple jurisdictions.Structure transactions and market-entry projects, taking into account corporate, regulatory, tax, and financial considerations.Coordinate merger clearance, regulatory, and fiscal approvals with relevant authorities.Provide legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial structuring through closing and post-closing activities.Gambling regulatory and market entryProvide legal and regulatory support for entering and operating in regulated gambling markets.Assess regulatory requirements and restrictions applicable to new markets, transactions, and corporate structures.Coordinate with gambling regulators and other relevant authorities on licensing, approvals, and regulatory matters.Identify and mitigate regulatory risks arising from M&A; trans
