Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for automotive inquiries, providing expert assistance to customers in Italy.
- Manage technical and product-related questions regarding modern vehicle features, EV technology, and connectivity.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored,



professional automotive solutions.
- Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to ensure seamless service tracking and improvement.
- Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on the latest automotive product launches and service updates.
- Ensure all service-level agreements are met while maintaining the premium standards of the automotive brand.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and vehicle technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within Greece.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong advantage.
