What you need to bring

- Comfortable explaining technical issues to customers or lower-level support teams
- Ideally experience with e-bikes, cycling, automotive, electronics,



IoT or connected devices
- Good written and verbal communication
- Experience working with tickets/escalations
- Ability to investigate issues rather than simply follow basic customer-service scripts
- Experience troubleshooting technical products, hardware or software
- Previous L2 technical support experience
