Experteer Overview As a Fullstack Developer at Accessi Way, you will shape accessible web experiences for millions of users. You’ll work across frontend and backend, collaborating with a driven team to deliver high-quality, performant products. You’ll own features end-to-end, from UI polish to API design, with a focus on accessibility and robust testing. Develop frontend interfaces using React/Type Script with hooks, Tan Stack Query, Tailwind CSS, and Zod -

Build and maintain server-side logic including Lambda functions, ECS services, and REST APIs behind API Gateway -

Implement testing with Vitest and Playwright and participate in code reviews -

Optimize performance, monitoring, and error tracking with Sentry and ensure accessibility -

Design database schemas and queries for Postgre SQL/Dynamo DB;

3+ years of fullstack experience (frontend and backend) -
