A company in Palma operating in construction and technical services is seeking a reliable First-Class Maintenance and After-Sales Technician to support residential operations. In this position, based directly in Palma, you will play an essential part in guaranteeing that residential properties meet rigorous quality benchmarks after handover.

Your core tasks and responsibilities in this role include:

Inspecting completed building repairs and ensuring that all works fully comply with established quality standards.

Identifying technical anomalies or post-completion defects and promptly reporting incidents to the after-sales manager.

Overseeing on-site intervention quality to make sure homeowners and clients receive top-tier building maintenance services.

Maintaining clear records of resolved issues and pending corrective measures across active residential projects.

What you need to bring to be considered for this position:

Proven prior work experience as a first-class tradesperson (Oficial 1ª) in residential building construction.





Mandatory certification: completion of the official 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course (curso de 20 horas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).

A solid technical understanding of building finishes, residential structures, and quality standards.

Reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate issues accurately to leadership.

Full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, scheduled between 8:00 and 18:00.
