Job Overview We are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Russian Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria. This role is a vital component of the social media landscape, ensuring platform safety and fostering positive user experiences for millions of users worldwide while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of Sofia.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines

Review text, images, and videos in Russian to maintain high-quality standards for the digital community

Investigate reports of potential policy violations and take appropriate corrective actions

Stay updated on evolving trends within the social media industry to improve moderation accuracy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate complex issues and edge cases

Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict turnaround times and quality benchmarks





Provide feedback on current content moderation tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role

Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for visa and relocation purposes)

A strong interest in the social media industry and digital culture

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective decisions under pressure

Previous experience in moderation or customer support is considered an asset for those seeking jobs in Bulgaria

Fluency in English is required for internal team communication
