As the lead trainer for this program, you will guide learners through each aspect of nursery and garden operations. Your key responsibilities include:

Delivering both practical and theoretical instruction for the AGAJ0006 training specialty in auxiliary nursery and garden activities.

Designing accessible lesson plans adapted to the specific learning paces and needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Supervising hands‑on workshops, ensuring safe handling of gardening tools, equipment, and plant material.

Assessing student progress and tracking attendance in accordance with regional vocational training standards.

To qualify for this role in Manacor,



you must fulfill the administrative and educational criteria established for the accredited course:

Possession of Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or the specific certifications required by the official AGAJ0006 syllabus.

Intermediate Catalan language proficiency certified at level B1.

A valid Category B driving licence.

Working computer knowledge at user level for managing administrative and educational records.

Strong pedagogical awareness, patience, and enthusiasm for working within social care and vocational inclusion.

This opportunity offers clear working conditions within the social sector in Mallorca. You will receive an indefinite contract with an official start date scheduled for 26/10/2026. The position is part‑time, established at 12 hours per week, with an annual full‑time benchmark salary of 25,549 EUR gross, paid proportionally to your vigente working hours. The schedule consists of either Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 15:30, or a split distribution on Monday (10:30-15:0), Wednesday (10:30-12:30), and Friday (10:30-15:30).
