Dutch-Speaking Client Service Advisors

in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to €250/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.

Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.

Handle complaints and escalation complex cases when needed.





Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.

Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.

Requirements

C1/C2 level of Dutch

B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment

Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
