Experteer Overview As a Senior Civil Engineer at Arup, you will lead external utility and drainage design for major developments, guiding coordinated solutions across multidisciplinary teams. You will act as technical lead for utilities and drainage, driving hydraulic design and model work from concept to detail. You will collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and BIM specialists to resolve interfaces and ensure client requirements and standards are met. This role offers impact on data centre, industrial and infrastructure projects across Spain and internationally, within a values-driven, inclusive culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead design and coordination of water supply, fire water, foul sewer, surface-water drainage and dry utility networks from concept through detailed design • Act as technical lead for utilities and drainage packages on major developments • Lead and review hydraulic calculations, drainage models, network sizing and stormwater management solutions • Coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and BIM disciplines • Identify and resolve utility conflicts and design constraints • Review and approve calculations, models, drawings, reports, and other technical deliverables • Ensure designs meet client requirements,

Responsabilidades • Significant experience leading external utility and drainage design for large-scale developments • Proven track record delivering utility infrastructure and drainage designs from concept to detailed design • Strong understanding of hydraulic design principles for gravity and pressurised networks • Advanced capability in InfoDrainage and Civil 3D • Experience with drainage modelling tools such as InfoWorks ICM, SewerGEMS or equivalent • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design interfaces and resolving utility conflicts • Proficiency in English and Spanish • Experience on industrial, logistics, hyperscale data centre or major infrastructure projects is beneficial
