Experteer Overview As the founding Senior AI Enablement Engineer at Factorial, you turn scattered AI experiments into shared building blocks that teams can reuse. You’ll shape a new IT function focused on securing, standardizing, and accelerating AI adoption across the company. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to deliver templates, agents, integrations, and safe defaults that enable rapid delivery. This is about building a scalable platform, not a one-off project, with a strong emphasis on governance, reuse, and enabling business outcomes.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Turn loosely-defined ideas into viable AI use cases with business partners • Create and maintain reusable building blocks: templates, skills, agents, MCP servers, integrations, tools • Define reference architectures and recommended patterns for internal AI solutions • Design safe defaults for identity, permissions, secrets,



and data access with Security • Maintain a living catalog of internal AI projects and promote reuse • Provide architecture reviews and guidance to accelerate delivery while managing risk • Run office hours, write guides, deliver hands-on sessions, and grow internal AI champions • Evaluate tools/vendors and define ownership and lifecycle for solutions

Responsabilidades • solid programming experience with APIs, integrations, identity/auth, and automation • experience building with LLMs, agents, tool use, RAG, prompt engineering • background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Systems, or internal tooling • ability to translate business needs to buildable AI solutions • enabler mindset: unblocking and guiding teams to move forward • security-by-design approach with least privilege and secrets hygiene
