Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Spain Data Center Operations, ensuring safe and reliable infrastructure that powers AWS services in the region. You will align regional operations with global standards while addressing local requirements, driving capacity planning and growth to meet customer demand. You’ll oversee diverse engineering operations across multiple infrastructure types and manage complex, multi-stakeholder coordination. You’ll champion sustainability, financial stewardship, and inclusion, shaping a high-impact regional program with global scale.

Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field • 5+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, or related technical field • 5+ years of people management experience leading large, diverse teams • Proven track record of managing complex operational environments at scale • Experience with capacity planning and infrastructure growth management • Strong financial acumen with budget responsibility • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a general organization
