Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the wholesale business for Iberia, steering sustainable growth and profitability across all channels. You will own the commercial strategy, align with adidas’ Game Plan, and contribute to the Iberia SteerCo to shape the zone’s growth. You will build and coach a high-performing sales organization that embraces inclusion and continuous development. Responsabilidades • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field • 12+ years of progressive commercial and sales leadership experience in consumer goods, retail, or sporting goods • Proven track record leading senior leaders and high-performing teams in complex matrix organizations • Strong commercial, strategic, and financial acumen including planning, forecasting, and performance management • Proven success managing strategic customer partnerships and executive negotiations • Deep understanding of wholesale, omnichannel and digital business models • Experience operating in international environments and influencing regional/global stakeholders • Ability to build inclusive teams and foster Diversity, Equity u0026 Inclusion • Fluent in English and Spanish • Experience in sporting goods or fashion is a benefit • Minimum 5-8 years in relevant industries • Business or similar degree from a leading academic institution
