Experteer Overview In this role you will orchestrate external data partnerships to enable evidence generation and AI-enabled clinical decision support. You will bridge AstraZeneca’s Clinical Intelligence and RWE activities with external AI/ML platforms and data providers to scale enterprise capabilities across Oncology and Biopharmaceuticals. You’ll evaluate data quality, representativeness, and regulatory readiness, shaping data sourcing and governance. The role combines hands-on technical assessment with strategic partnership leadership to drive adoption and impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Originate and qualify strategic partnerships using a structured evaluation framework • Build and maintain a best-in-class data partner network across multiple data modalities • Align data partnerships to TA evidence priorities with TA RWE Strategy Leads • Drive partnership governance and value realization including renewal and expansion decisions • Support transaction execution and mobilization with procurement, legal, compliance, and finance • Contribute to enterprise data and AI strategy, including build–integrate–license decisions and cross-TA generalization





Responsabilidades • Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, data science, life sciences) • 7+ years in RWE, health data science, epidemiology, or data strategy within pharma/biotech/healthtech or major RWD provider • Hands-on ability to assess data quality, representativeness, variable availability, coding systems (ICD, SNOMED, NDC, OMOP, FHIR), and fitness-for-purpose • Understanding of multimodal data integration for advanced analytics and AI/ML • Proven relationships with data providers built through hands-on evaluation and collaboration • Experience with regulatory-grade RWE and EMA/FDA expectations for evidence submissions • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships including due diligence, pilot design, governance, and renewal • Strong cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication with senior stakeholders • Preferred familiarity with data platforms in Oncology and related evidence needs • Exposure to clinical trial design support, HEOR data needs, and causal inference concepts (preferred)
